The symbol itself is a Buddhist symbol and was not meant to display Nazism or the negative connotations with it. I have asked her to consider changing it to something that wouldn't have those types of negativity, but that choice is up to her. In the meantime, I would suggest to everybody to take some time and look into the symbols of various world religions when you see something that could be taken offensively; you might learn something contrary to your original conclusion.
