Comments:Maybe I am color blind but, I thought if it was gray (freemium) you are only allowed to play 4 games?

Could the user have been premium recently and started a lot of games before they lost the premium?

some times exceptions are made though

Jamie's membership ran out 2 weeks ago. I'm sure the extra games were started before that time. Unless you find any exceptions (more than 4) that were started within the last 2 weeks then everything is as it should be.
