Other: he had the very first turn in a sequential game, and literally fought himself down till he had only one army left in every one of his territories. He is either a multi with another player in the game, or he threw the game on purpose - both of which are not allowed

Nice use of the Cheating and Abuse form, but note that you can type the [ game] and [ /game] tags around the game number to make it a clickable link! Just remove the spaces.

Now, for the actual accusation, he is a ?, so it is entirely possible that he thinks this is the correct way to play. Or perhaps he does not understand the interface and did this instead of ending his turn. This happens quite often with ?'s.

I've never seen a ? act like this before. I've seen them miss turns and mess up attacks, but to totally Kamikaze before any other player gets a turn? #-o

I've seen many do that...they are new...clicking attack seems fun!
