Maxatstuy, I think you may have missed what I was driving at. Merely stating the issue was resolved does not constitute providing actual evidence that issue was in fact resolved. A completely fabricated example would be this...

I wrote an e-ticket long ago about if I was was directly descended from Santa Claus. After talking with the mods it was settled that I am the great great great grandson of Santa Claus.

Obviously, these words on their own do not constitute actual evidence that I am related to Santa Claus. Can either you or a mod furnish empirical evidence of the clearing of you and maxs account?

I linked the wrong game accidentally regarding the age statement. This is the correct game. Game 2150621

Even if you were not physically operating maxs account, which I have my doubts of, there is still a very grey area. Your current story is one of explicitly puppeteering a second account. I have previously stated I do not see the functional difference in physically playing 2 accounts and playing 1 account and masterminding another. I still do not see the difference, especially when the accounts happen to be in the same household.

I hope that whatever ruling is laid down comes with an explanation of how it was reached.

I appreciate your effort but I must remain skeptical. The lack of names in your report doesn't put much of anything to rest. Perhaps a mod or other higher up can substantiate that maxs account was cleared and that all evidence noted in this thread was made use of in that decision.

It would also be nice if a mod could weigh in on the issue of maxatstuy admitting that he openly manipulated a second account (possibly while still a freemium, thus subverting the 4 game limit(I don't know when prem. was acquired)).

I was a freemium at the time, however I was not the person playing on that account and while I helped give tactical advice to my parents so that they could get the hang of how to play and enjoy playing, telling another player the best course of action in a game in my own opinion is not manipulation. The games were not multi player games where someone was benefiting by my giving my parents advice and, as a result, it was within the rules. Even in my noob games, scott has went into game chat offering to give my opponents advice so that they could beat me. I was trying to increase my parents enjoyment of the game so that they might not get annoyed at me for spending all day watching games, not for the purpose of increasing the amount of games I can play.

You are giving the green light to EVERY freemium who wants to play more games to set up multi accounts, worse thing that will happen to them is they end up paying the $25 anyway

im confused, I added Max to the Wall of shame in my all time high score thread but he keeps stating he is not busted.

you just stated 2 times in the same post he was busted and that doesnt even count for all the times he has been busted for baby sitting abuse.

I'd venture a guess and it's only my opinion but I'm sure there are many many players that would agree with me. CC would definitely be a better place without Maxatstuy. From problems with blocks, cheats and multi's not to mention Live Chat along with abuse in every single one of Game chat that I play. Managed to destroy the site and countless player's reputations- they can no longer fully enjoy what the site has to offer because of the multitude of blocks placed on them due to Max abusing their trust when account sitting for them.

Ban this guy- lift the blocks and the site will become enjoyable once again.

Max is one of my favorite players on the site, I find CC much more enjoyable because of Max. He if helpful and friendly, his ingenuity and intelligence are seldom found in a person his age.

Scott on the other hand is a different story, he is highly abusive and cries like a baby every single time he loses, he bullies his way to wins. Like I said before the 3700 points that he was gifted to from Bruce SPEAKS FOR ITS SELF and should be grounds enough for a permanent ban from CC!

Scott is human garbage, I would not cross the street to piss on his head if it was on fire!

Ban Scott and make CC enjoyable again!

oh thats right, it was your girlfriend or something using the same IP to make moves on another account being played from your house. Now I understand how I was confused. Yeah, I have 3 other accounts being played from my IP too thats not me....
