Recently, I was banned from Live Chat for 24hrs by James Vazquez because I told off Tisha. In a private room that day, James Vazquez said to me 1-1 right before the ban, "that is not the way you talk to a woman" and even though, at that point, no warning was ever issued and I didnt flame her further, he banished me strictly because of his opinions about Tisha. Since then, I was banished by him 3 more times; the second time as a result of my response to his absurd banishment the previous day. In the third ban James wasnt even in live chat the day he was banning me for, and the cause was that I was quoting a flame wars post when my comment was in reference to the person who posted it, and not even the person to whom it was pertaining. When I came back, I tried to go about saying the opposite of everything negative I was going to say, and when James Vazquez decided to flame me, the same reason why I had been banned three times earlier that week, I called him out on his actions and for that I was banished. He is an unfit mod and since e-tickets dont work, I guess I am forced to put this out in the public.

While I couldnt care less about the comments they made, both James Vazquez and gcwca_4_life were flaming me, yet I was the one who banned. Furthermore, as of yesterday, I was banned for 1 week for the only reason described being my previous bans, and about an hour ago, my brother was banned as well after I told him to go on live chat so that I would know what was going on, even though it was only him speaking. James is an unfit mod and I would like to receive an explanation for why such a biased person is allowed to continue working here on Conquer Club.

couldn't you have pm'd a mod or filled out an e-ticket instead of flooding the GD with yet another thread seeking some sort or ruling? there is a system in place for complaints by members, and the system is not to post in the GD every single time you feel slighted or think someone is cheating. this once again brings my concept of limiting poster under the age of 18 to one thread creation a week. this is becoming a bit burdensome, having to read through your latest complaints which aren't going to be resolved by a thread in the GD. i really wish you would handle your complaints through the appropriate channels and not spam up the GD... black jesus has spoken.-0

If they were to limit power based upon a persons age then what would they do to limit the power of people like you both you are intellectually lacking and who flame someone after calling them a fraction of your age. Maybe its just me, but if you are going to comment on how young someone is, flaming them sounds a bit sleazy. By commenting on how young I am, you are creating a concept of weakness and then by flaming you are granting yourselves power, so virtually you are picking on the weak.

Then, to top that off, you express your inability to read the very post written by that weak minded 15 year old by making comments like the following:

I am which is why I added that your flaming was minimal, and the fact that you did mention my age means that your flaming was in fact minimal. I have e-tickets going back months which have yet to be responded to and posting in the forum seemed to be the only way getting my point out. that comment is illogical and irrelevant to this thread considering that I was the person who responded right after tisha. If you are going to attempt to start conflict with me, at least speak coherently and read the comments than precede your own

I only said that once Tisha and that was the cause for the first banishment and when I came back and explained the reason to the others for why I was banished the previous day, my repeating that was the cause for the next ban as well. However, there was no justification for me being banned after that point and that (in addition to my brother being banned for no reason at all) is what I am posting about

oh...you are referring to my 4th banishment. Every comment which I was about to make that can be considered negative, I negated it so that I wasnt flaming everyone. Saying that you are not an annoying b**** is not a flame, if you chose to interpret it as one that is your prerogative, but one way or another, that was not even the reason for why I was banned. I was banned only after I called James and gcwca out for flaming
