Just curious-- how are you being penalized ? All the players provided are at least Captains+. They should in no way affect your play; unless I overlooked a cook or two on the list.

You can, with the stipulation that the account babysitter is not your opponent in any current game and does not start or join new games (except for ongoing tournaments). It is common courtesy to announce in game chat that another player will take your turn(s) during your absence. ***Furthermore, you should only take another player's turn if they are in danger of missing a turn, not for the purpose of gaining a tactical advantage.***


Should you continue to account sit, or allow others to account sit for you, in order to gain an unfair advantage over others in a game, you will be suspended from the site for cheating.

You have already been previously blocked from numerous players for the same suspicion. And have just been blocked from playing with several others.

I suggest you play properly or not at all.

I have no idea what you are referring to. Since the block, I have account sat for 3 people, 1 of which was in a speed game where the person thought it was doubs and didnt have time to play standard, another was for a person who told me they were grounded and to play for them in their 2 games, and the third person told me his parents were taking away his internet connection and that he may never be comming back, so he wanted me to finish up his games

as to what you are referring to I am completely unaware and I have yet to play a game where I, or the person I was playing for, had a tactical advantage by me playing.

If however you know something which I am unaware of, please tell me because I have no idea what you are talking about

Mods, you have won. Apparently you have made the decision that it is not right for me to play for anyone even out of necessity. As a result, as of this moment, I will no longer be announcing that I am taking over for someone. I am tired of creating a block on others account because I decided to uphold the rules and announce it in game chat. If you like, you can spend your time watching my account and finding out who I am playing for by searching which account I am currently on, and that is your decision. However, I refuse to make your jobs easier by upholding you bull shit decisions to block me from playing with anyone whose passwords I know. I have never abused any of the accounts and it is not right that I should be penalized because you have made that decision that I am an unfit babysitter as a result of my position on the scoreboard. With that said, I wish you all the luck in finding out whose account I am playing for next because as I said, I will no longer be making your jobs easier. There is nothing in the rules that states I am required to announce when I babysit for someone and as far as I am concerned, you are asking me to do a service for you when all that results from it, is that you take away some more of the service which I have paid for. If you want to block me from random players, have fun. I am sure the cadets I will soon be babysitting for wont have any objection when they are promoted a few ranks.

The fact is most of us should not be on that list. Such as me, all I did was let max make moves for me while I was gone and could not get a move done. Prank that is why you are on the list with the same reason as most those people. Any games that I have ever played have not been ones that can not be cheated off of by teaming. Plus Max played SEQUENTIAL GAMES with Paddy, and only made moves for him out of NECESSITY not to cheat. So if I may add this is UNFAIR JUSTICE. We have done nothing wrong. This is a game website what we do should only concern us, what you do should only concern yourselves. Now I'm not saying cheating is ok, but the FACT is MAX DID NOT CHEAT, as none of us did. My emails to CC are unanswered. It's very frusterating. Maybe I should use 24p font to show how frusterating it is...

1. Blitzaholic, I never made any of my points unfairly, Im not getting a score reset, and if you are so fascinated as to the initial block, read the Maxatstuy thread (in C&A), 5th page I explain everything

2. JOHNNYROCKET24, no matter how much you wish that I will be busted so that you will have a legitimate reason to claim that I didnt beat your high score, I never broke the rules. Additionally, the effects and implications of this block is NONE of your business and whether or not humley had Prank of foe for a year is of no concern to you.

3. comic boy, your flames are hilarious and only show your insecurities as a player and as a person. Calling me an infant is hilarious, and that you are an adult who still tries to suck up to other players like scott on an internet risk site is pathetic.

4. cicero, I called this thread MODS and not admin. because the administrators only look into issues which have been brought up by mods and other users. Since I dont see any additional threads up, I assumed the former and I am pretty sure that is the correct assumption based on clappers comment:

There is no tactical advantage by me playing for people who I babysit and I have never even played a game with many of them. There is not one person on that list who claims that I have abused there account in any way and that lanyards hasnt commented yet shows that there was and is a need to play for him in his casual games because he hasnt been able to return to the site in over a day. Not one mod or admin has given a single example of me abusing an account other than the simple fact that I did play for many of the people on the block out of necessity. I have been asked by several people, one of whom commented on either this thread, or the other Maxatstuy thread currently active in General Discussion, to play for someone in a game when I didnt feel it was a necessity; and to him I refused. I never broke any of the babysitting rules and there is nothing that shows a limitation on the amount of accounts a person can babysit for. Additionally, Twill comment that

showing that the reason I was blocked was not because I cheated or abused any accounts, but because they thought it was a possibility I have.

As much as I would love to say that I am perfectly innocent, I think that the suspicion is very well justified, my playing for anyone is an unfair advantage, I am just that amazing...Im glad that you all agree.
