The ratings system is not moderated whatsoever, place the person on foe, and respond to the rating. It will balance out eventually.

Sorry about not being helpful, but that is the best you can do.

I was shocked to see how get gives virtually EVERYONE a 1 star rating. This is terrible abuse and noone should play this guy. Does making a player a foe repeal their rating from your received ratings?
