General Quigley and Greengo [noted]

Reason to beleive these guys are cheating and either one person on two accounts or secret diplomacy, 3189972, this is the game in question. General quigley repeatedly attacks me for no tactical reason and greengo amasses a disproportionatly large army on general quigley's borders for 10 rounds or so, it just doesn't make sense.

I am almost certain of this, given the circumstances of a game that I recently played with both user ids. Very suspicious moves from both accounts. Very chatty from the greengo account, ruining the game.

For one thing, greengo and General Quigley are not multi accounts with each other. As for them playing for several games together, if you could show more suspicious moves coming from both players, we shall look into this further. We need more proof. For now, this is noted.
