Well for the multis part its proberly wrong unless (s)he just covering him/herself

and the secret alliance is a defo as it should have been posted on the game but as wrestler said they should be let of with a warning as there new and probably don't know fully about the rule about secret diplomacy

I know what you mean, however they did literally just come off the Rules page on to the join a game page - so its hardly like they weren't told, they knew the rules.
