The Lion did actually break the rules for real. He was banned from the forums, wanted to get back in the forums, made a multi, permabanned from the site, upgraded it to premium and said he'd only play on that account, got back in the forums which wasn't allowed, started bitching and made countless multies to remain in the forums.

Well technically when polarbeast came around i could totally tell it was the lion by how he flamed. Not this time around though it seems a lot like a different person.
You could say the_lion got better at making multis, but I say let the account stay. I don't think it's the_lion.

PImpdave joined within a day of reminisco and only became active in game sand forum after reminisco was banned. Remi had this account the whole time, but never used it because he knew of the multi rules. Once he was banned though he thought he would go back to the first account he made.
