The accused are suspected of:

Other: 1. Cheap tactics in that in a freestyle game where I finished the turn first he manipulated something so that he could go first and then jump onto a castle before the my reinforcements could arrive. I am unsure if this was a glitch in CC or he manipulated something. Specifically between turns 5 and 6.
2. He admitted to the tactic in the chat and then subsequent to the end of the game he modified the chat to remove his admission.

People cannot modify chat. You probably put him on your foe list during the game. By doing this, you can no longer see any game chat posted by this person.

Also, he did not cheat, he used a known "strategy" within freestyle commonly referred to as a double turn. If you start your turn with less time left than the round length and you do not end your turn, you can begin right away in the next round.

Since there is nothing to be investigated this is being marked settled.
