Yeah you don't really have much to back up your research, huh? Scott was already in Aussie....
Here is a bit from ROUND 1:
2008-08-03 20:22:30 - Scott-Land deployed 1 armies on Eastern Australia

Just letting you know. Can we drop this yet?

i know he was but then i kicked him out

Now just for the record. i had NO NO NO chance of winning this game. I was beaten. But the fact of the matter remains that i was handed to scott-land on a plate by InsominaRed. She could have easily taken me out and at the time i was wondering what she was waiting for! Now it all makes sense.

You fail to miss the point totally. There is no cheating when someone steals your kill. This is just the nature of the game. I happens in about every game, a kill is stolen.

just seems to happen alot more when red and you are in scot's games. I hope you get blocked! I'm also quite aware of teh nature of this beautiful game :D .I probably touched the board game before you were even born.
Ps..ive said my bit. your not going to convinve me that it was a mistake, so stop wasting your time! If the mods believe it, thats up to them. Let them check the game and see what they think. They are after all teh experts

Hulmey,
If the mods are experts, they would be better ranked? No offense to King A or any of the others, but many of them are lower ranked. Do not tell me they are too busy with mod jobs, to win a few games. :)

I don't know if they are cheating or not, but I know Bruceswar really doesn't like to be eliminated as is evidenced by this:

I love how bruce, insomnia, and scott like to use the term "textbook steal" and their being "too slow" to explain why they never win. Why dont you explain why no one else manages to gets to kill you, bruce, other than scott in these games where the steals are so "textbook"

It also is fascinating how you are trying to discredit the mods already before they come up with a ruling on this issue. After spike was banned for point dumping it seemed that you couldnt do anything else but kiss up to the mods bruce; what happened? It is clear that you are conspiring with scott in these games and that you two have repeatedly cheated; there is no reason to be instigating issue with the mods just because you realize there is nothing you can say to justify scott and your abuse of the game.

Congrats, you found a recent terminator game, in which 2 things happened.

I got 2 big stacks wiped out in the early rounds. I was all but dead, so I took 11 vs 4 and had bad dice going to make a kill. Yep surely we will dive into that game :) Nobody likes to have big stacks ran over by players. I forgot which ones ran me over. I would have to go back and look. They went after a bonus... Typical of lower ranking players... Nothing to see here... move along :)

The point I am making here hulmey is why the mods may be very good at finding multi's looking at evidence etc. they are not experts in every game type. For anybody who does not play 8 man speed freestyle on a regular basis it can all seem so weird and soo fast. Anybody in the know will just tell you that is how the game goes, fast and furious.

This was by no means a slam on the mods, just more stating that they cannot be everywhere all the time to watch and know what goes on.

maxatstuy wrote:Scott, I find it amazing how much information you can bend to make it appear bruce didnt cheat when it is so obvious he did. I reviewed both of the games after reading your post and, while I believe that king may have made a mistake when reading the game logs in the first link you mentioned as it is pretty clear that other people blocked him from making it, in the second link you commented on, there is not one piece of logic to your argument. bruce was going for the kill and only had 2 territories left to attack in order to kill demonfork and possibly win the game. However, instead of attacking them, he waited over 4 seconds for you to cash and take him out before you could make it. I dont care how slow bruce claims he is, no one is that slow or that stupid. He gave you the game and there is nothing else to it.

Furthermore, your argument has no legitimacy in that same game because even if he successfully took Middle east, he would only be helping make it easier for you as Anomander had another territory left which bruce couldnt have gotten to.

Congratulations Scott. In the 50+ links king provided, you found 2 games that you considered bad examples, thats less than 4% of his links, and one of them was you clearly coming up with bs in order to make you appear that you have a case. You are a cheat scott and it is about time someone took action against you.

Oh, and to the other people who are trying to justify scotts innocence based upon the possibility that I was the person who posted the thread, evidence is evidence and just because you dont have any that can support scott because he is so clearly wrong, dont call it vengeful. Btw, king changed his password a month ago, I dont even know it and couldnt have written that post on his account even if I wanted to. But still, nice try attempting to create a diversion to prevent people from realize how guilty scott and bruce really are

Here's more to the log- Max

monfork
2008-08-22 02:25:15 - DAT_WAT_SHE_SAID attacked India from Middle East and conquered it from Anomander
2008-08-22 02:25:15 - Bruceswar attacked Indonesia from Siam and conquered it from artyu
2008-08-22 02:25:16 - Scott-Land cashed in a set of Southern Europe, Congo, and Northwest Territory worth 35 armies
2008-08-22 02:25:17 - Scott-Land deployed 40 armies on China
2008-08-22 02:25:18 - Scott-Land attacked Siam from China and conquered it from Bruceswar
2008-08-22 02:25:19 - Scott-Land attacked Indonesia from Siam and conquered it from Bruceswar
2008-08-22 02:25:20 - DAT_WAT_SHE_SAID attacked Siam from India and conquered it from Scott-Land

3 or 4 second attacks are unusual- Max ? And Dat was in India when Bruce was in Siam..... I actually took too long to cash- most likely because Dat was there. Quite possible Dat and I could have bumped heads, all with in a second.

Max those were the only two games I randomly clicked, as I've told you... please provide me a game number. The details of two games nearly took a full page of the thread. Surely, I'm not going through all 100 of them. Why don't you pull one and cite the details ?

delboy01 wrote:I'm not involved in anyway with the accused or the accusers however, having searched though games involving a lot of those defending the accused and slating the accusers it would seem that they all play or have played together in some form.

Indeed the accusers have played 100's of games with those they have accused, even doubles and trebles.........Up until recently that is. It seems that they may have recently 'fallen out' with the group of secret alliance partners (yes I said group). That is how they know that the two are cheating. They used to be part of it. Indeed someone mentions that 'player X no longer has scotts love'.

Although win stats could be construed as misleading when a small sample is taken the shear number of games played and the win percentages in 8 player games for these players makes a compelling case. when a player has a win percentage of 36%, which includes singles and low player number games but has a win rate of 40-50% in 8 player games with certain players and the other players also win a high percentage of those games it begins to look a bit smelly.

Infact some of the games look very strange. Player A wins a high percentage of games played with player B. Player C wins most of the games played with player A and suprisingly, or not, player B wins the majority of games played with player C. A kind of round robin of cheating if you like.

I will e-ticket the players concerned to the admins for them to look into (i'm still looking) but I must say that the secret allience cases are very difficult to prove and this one seems to involve several very highly rated players. But then maybe thats why they are highly rated.

Your logic is apparently equaled to your knowledge of sound strategy-hence your rank. Suppose if I were you, I'd be confused as well... thoroughly.

Hulmey we all know the real reason you were pissed off that game- I had said I'd move to give you a card and I didn't. Not because I was trying to screw you over it's typical of a speed game, the events change so quickly that it's very difficult at times. Many things that race through your head- things that a player playing for the first time like yourself wouldn't experience.

I think they need an impartial speed freestyle player to help them analyze the logs- none come to mind outside of Phlaims. He rails a lot of speed freestyle games and we haven't played but a handful... no real history between us.

I dont think any1 should be given special treatment. Mods have never asked for help before and they shouldnt need any help now. Dont forget they also have FP who is a very experienced and respected player! Not to mention im quite sure they would discuss the case in the mod forums :D

From what im hearing within the CC community this could lead to a point reset for the offenders!
