Deadbeated the game so I could not get into another game because I am not a premium member like he is. read the chat he specifically states he will deadbeat the game.

I read the chat and he does not say anything about you be a freemium and you not being able to join more games. It's not against the rules to miss a turn or even miss all of your turns. However, it becomes a problem when it becomes standard behavior. In this case, Owenator has missed one turn and that's it. He has not broken any rules and the only harm done is that you're being inconvenienced.

Frankly, I don't blame him. Your attitude does not invite a whole lot of empathy.

Technically, What he's doing is not against the rules, as he is delaying only one game and the rules clearly state that Multiple Games must be involved (games is plural = more than one game)

And, as has been said before, I don't blame him either.
If you want to solve the problem of being stuck in a game, I would reccomend Purchasing Premium Membership for 25$ (not $25)

1. owenator is clearly overreacting and is behaving strange. Your statements in the game chat wasn't whining or complaining in no way. Just a regular chat.

2. Deadbeating occurs when a player misses three consecutive turns. Missing one turn isn't deadbeating. (And certainly not something to file a stupid report for.)

As far as I'm aware - after two missed turns he could come back - he said he wasn't going to finish the game doesn't mean he's going to deadbeat.

He did take a lot of other turns between Sept. 3rd, 12:57 CET and Sept. 4th, 12:57 CET. No reason for him to deadbeat this game.

This is such a silly report. I agree that this guy is overreacting. But, it's not uncommon for two players to start an argument in the game chats. I see no reason to fill the C&A section with such petty arguments as the one you two guys are having.

By the way, you're on my 'foe' list and thus, I will not be able to see what you write. However, SailfinTang - you are a whiner, a sore loser, and certainly one that I will NEVER play against with your poor attitude. Check my ratings, and a great majority will comment on how friendly, talkative, I am. I don't mind losing, even if it is to a freemium, but when you started complaining about the crappy dice and how I took one of your castles, I was saying words to encourage you and you responded back with "let's just get this over with". You, are a suck. And I refuse to comply with you, or finish a game, and you can bet I will intentionally make you wait for your turn because of your attitude. Look at you! Still whining in a forum. @ OP: from my limited experience here i can see that the dice suck from time to time *and this, I have no found, is no different from any online RISK type game*. live with it. have a laugh and move on.

Well. No one can really claim a “right” to a good game played with good people. Some games you play are great, some are quite alright and the occasional games are not very fun at all e.g. due to a deadbeat or due to some stupid argument or behavior. That’s just the way it is.

If you have premium though, the occasional not-very-fun-at-all games are not particularly annoying as you can focus on your other games. Of course, being a fermium it may be annoying to have 25% of your playable games blocked like this. But, that’s just the way it is if you don’t pay up the 25 bucks. Complaining about it is just stupid. You get what you pay for.
