Can you clarify your operating procedures though, and please discuss it with us.

Is this correct: Get busted for cheating, pay a fee and all is good?

Dont you see something wrong with this?

In a way, yes, it is SO wrong.
But if it keeps them hunting multis successfully, in hope 10% of them renew, then it's not so bad.
Not that it's right.
