He is busted already. You can look any multi on the scoreboard as long as they have played within 30 days.

If they weren't in the game together, then it's legal to ask help from another player.

If they aren't in the same game, then they are not opponents, therefore, they could give advice. If this were illegal, then there could be no mentoring programs and everyone in Wacicha's Society of Cooks (I think that's the group) would have to be blocked.

That being said, if 2 players are consistently playing separately but targeting the same player in many games, that could be punishable (in my view).
