Before, I think it was allowed to talk about your moves outside the game chat between truced opponents. But from one of our recent updates, rule #2 has been changed to encompass all forms of secret diplomacy.
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=53112Rule #2: No secret diplomacy
Any form of diplomatic discussion between opponents must be posted in the game chat in a language that all opponents understand. Diplomacy includes, but is not limited to: proposing truces, negotiating alliances, and coordinating attacks. Secret diplomacy can be hard to prove, but if you suspect it you should leave the players in question appropriate ratings. If you feel certain about players engaging in secret diplomacy consider reporting them in the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum by posting a new topic. For now, this will be taken lightly as we can consider that perhaps, not all members do take time to read the forum for updates/announcements, even when regarding the rules. Typherin has been reported before for alleged secret alliances, but in both times, he was cleared. Since this is not a secret alliance case, he is off the hook for now. Next time, any unfortunate player he is found guilty with of breaking rule #2, they will be blocked.
