PM Abuse/Harassment - Klobber [warned]

Earlier today I received a PM from Klobber that I did not solicit, and have not responded to.

It contains several flames, and is clearly intended to harass and vexate. I have highlighted the sections of the PM which I believe are against the CC guidelines in red.
While Klobber is clearly doing his best to disguise his flames as double entendres, I do hope that he won't be allowed to "Who me?" his way out of trouble with his faux-innocence again.

This is precisely the kind of annoying inbox spam that the CC guidelines forbid. It is clearly harassment, and is not the first time that my inbox has been plagued by Klobbers blatant attempts at trolling.

I would appreciate it if a Mod could take the appropriate action against this persistent abuser of the CC system.

This has already been handled, as you were told via PM. Klobber has been warned, so if anyone receives any harassing PMs from him, that were sent after the time of this post, please post in here. Please don't degrade this into another bash klobber thread, and only post if you have PM harassment to report. Thanks.

I'll assume that wasn't the only PM you've received. Otherwise, if he got warned for something like that, it's a friggin' joke.
