lesson for the kiddies who cant drive...

Postby reverend_kyle on Fri Nov 10, 2006 9:04 pm

When you can drive, dont go 70 down a neighborhood road.. .you'lll only end up hitting a fence and driving halfway through someones yard.. and screwing up your transmission as well as knocking off the rearview mirror and scratching your car.

a mate in work just found out his cousins son and 2 friends died in a car crash in Ireland on wednesday, another car was on their side of the road so they swerved and skidded on the grass and hit a wall. the lad was only 21.

Oh! I had assumed that kyle was talking in km/h, not mph, and wondered what the problem was.....

well we had to do that here knowing that people usually go I believe it would be 16 kms above the speed limit here anyways.

I go like 10 above, and since the speedometers (You know what I mean) always say you go a little faster than you actually do I guess I'm pretty safe.

I've seen people go up to 120mph (just an estimate) on the highway before.

My 20 year old neice got wasted at a party, got in a fight with her boyfriend, got in her car and sped away. He decided to go after her and it turned into a high speed chase through local neighborhoods. You guessed it... She lost control at an estimated speed of 90 MPH took out a wood fence, the better part of a large wood porch, ran over a small tree, and came to rest upside down in the flower bed of a woman who was seated on her porch for the show. Apparently the old woman was splattered with mud she had such a good seat. Luckily my neice came out of it bruised and battered but with no serious damage. her scumbag boyfriend saw the wreck and just kept on going! (He will be getting a visit from a couple of pipe hitting thugs I know down at the pub!)

Long story short...

Her parents told her they were not going to bail her out this time sooo I have ponied up the bail and lawyer money to try and keep her out of jail. She is being charged with Drunk Driving, Reckless indangerment, A minor in possession (they say her body is a container!), and just for good measure.... speeding. All this and her car is totalled and she lost her job cause she could not go to work for a couple of days.

There are so many morals of the story here I will let you all find them for yourselves yet I just wanted RK too know that he is not alone and it could be worse...
