If you load the entire log you will see that this 'player' has done nothing all game but attempt to prevent me from holding a continent. Fog of war is on, but it still doesn't explain the fact that each turn he simply places his armies, attacks me and only me and then fortifies.

I'm new so it might be part of a deeper strategy but the way i see it he's attacked no one else all game and has not tried to gain a continent for himself. Also I am not the strongest in the game as both other players (4p game) are already holding continents.

I took a look, and he doesn't seem to be in any other games with these players at a quick glance. Also, there is a reason he is a cook, and he may also want to control that particular continent. Also, who is he a multi with or of?
