If anyone has a specific game they'd like us to look at, please post that, but as of now I don't see anything worthy of a block. That coupled with the fact they no feedbacks for secret alliances, will lead me to CLEAR these two.

notice how both brothers first team up on yellow. they dont attack each other until the 1 brother is finally able to eliminate yellow. to eliminate yellow, he has to take a couple countries ( all 1's ) from his brother to do so. than with the 4th color almost eliminated, minor damage is applied to his brother again to obtain the cards. no attacks were applied on each other unless it was to obtain cards. than the 2 brothers duke it out for the points.

yep- and that 1 big attack was to take 1 army to receive a freebee card. the next attack dint occur until it was time to eliminate yellow. again taking a couple 1's to collect the cards.

I'm not sure that's what Jim was trying to do. There's always the possibility that he was expressing legitimate interest. This is an open forum and he didn't really "attack" you, rather merely asked a question.

As for this topic I have a couple of thoughts. First off while it isn't officialy against the rules, it is a poor decision to play with people you know in open free for all games. Players joining a game should have some kind of idea of what they are getting themselves into and it isn't fair to them that they would join thinking it was a normal game when the other two players are brothers. Even if it isn't an expressed agreement, there usualy is a tendency to not attack the people you know as much. The fact that the games were terminator makes it somewhat better but the fact that they were three player games makes it notably worse.

With all of that said there probably isn't enough here to bust anyone. As I understand it Soloman and Riskmaster play on teams or not at all now. As I see it the problem presented in this thread has worked itself out. Unless something new comes up in the future there really isn't any reason to continue prosecuting (what a serious word) these two as the problem no longer exists.

Johnny, I know that you are probably upset with Solomon because of things which have happened. I know that frustration first hand and my advice to you is that it's best not to be drug down a level because of it. Unless you see that there is a pattern of abuse ocurring in the present it is probably best to let this one go.

Solomon, I know you probably don't care what I have to say but I'm going to lay it out just in case. You are quickly bulding a negative reputation for yourself. I'm just as guilty as you of getting into stupid arguments on this site but it seems that you are devoting a dispraportionate amount of time into fighting with other members. Have you ever considered letting things go/being nice?

lol wow you so do not get it but hey to each there own, lets place starting postions and strengths aside you have no basis in real game play with this accusation and you are neglectful of the log and the actual attacks that took place as they coincide with getting a bonus and securing an area. It makes no sense to go all out against someone who is not threatening your area of control use logic you petty twerp...I love the way you neglect the games already mentioned in this thread where we did attack each other early and eliminated one or the other early due to starting position and strength/threat your case is nonexistant the only way your logic on this works is to negate logical gameplay and institute a rule that if you do not go out of your way to kill someone you know as early as possible you are guilty of cheating at this poit it seems you are just flaming for being proven wrong and a hypocrite abuser...

wow you are pathetic because I disagreed with your crap idea in suggestions you try to attack me on something I have been vindicated of Mr Rocket hads no evidence because nothing took place you both are sad individuals

I'm not sure that's what Jim was trying to do. There's always the possibility that he was expressing legitimate interest. This is an open forum and he didn't really "attack" you, rather merely asked a question.

As for this topic I have a couple of thoughts. First off while it isn't officialy against the rules, it is a poor decision to play with people you know in open free for all games. Players joining a game should have some kind of idea of what they are getting themselves into and it isn't fair to them that they would join thinking it was a normal game when the other two players are brothers. Even if it isn't an expressed agreement, there usualy is a tendency to not attack the people you know as much. The fact that the games were terminator makes it somewhat better but the fact that they were three player games makes it notably worse.

With all of that said there probably isn't enough here to bust anyone. As I understand it Soloman and Riskmaster play on teams or not at all now. As I see it the problem presented in this thread has worked itself out. Unless something new comes up in the future there really isn't any reason to continue prosecuting (what a serious word) these two as the problem no longer exists.

Johnny, I know that you are probably upset with Solomon because of things which have happened. I know that frustration first hand and my advice to you is that it's best not to be drug down a level because of it. Unless you see that there is a pattern of abuse ocurring in the present it is probably best to let this one go.

Solomon, I know you probably don't care what I have to say but I'm going to lay it out just in case. You are quickly bulding a negative reputation for yourself. I'm just as guilty as you of getting into stupid arguments on this site but it seems that you are devoting a dispraportionate amount of time into fighting with other members. Have you ever considered letting things go/being nice?

No Jimi is another petty individual whom is mad I disagreed with the validity of his thread about stalemates in suggestions, as has been confirmed by his multiple PM's regarding the matter he is just trying to start something with his post which he did. So congrats Jimi you were successfull although it will not deter my argument against in the other thread as I am sure you hope.

Since this accusation my brother and I played other games together Ironically in a standard with one of this threads detractors I won but that detractor did not come here and whine because he knew the truth I won out of skill not cheating and hewitnessed 1st hand the fairness and balance of the attacks based on strategy not preference.

I am not trying to win a popularity contest I say what is on my mind you can either agree or be wrong the choice is yours, the insecure have a problem with this and to them I generally feel pitty but that will not change the way I operate or conduct my life....
