Comments:
In the game 2529237 he's clearing killing all the other players and later one of the users will win (probably Enderhall). I have also been watching when the users log in and out and they never are logged at the same time. As soon one logs out, the other logs in. He plays with the usernames usually one minute after the other. He doesn't protect borders against each other and don't declare an alliance. I'm sure that if you check the reports for logins and log outs you will see what I mean.

Actually it was GNLF who said that they are friends. And you can check on the chat log...
The only comment he made is that there's nothing wrong to go after a continent before try to avoid a bonus for his other player...

Looks like you gave him 1's before you knew he was cheating. I have noticed when you give someone all 1's they tend to do it back to you. Just a though.
