Look at page 35 you will see that it is correct. The line from Towakwa is connected graphicly and in code.

I checked the connections a few times, and didn't find any mistakes in the end. So it's not in the connections. I however didn't check the coordinates, so it can be that the mistakes is in there indeed.

Agreed - it's pretty impossible to check the co-ordinates for each one.

It is an easy fix and you have the right idea, but you're off slightly.
The coordinates for those territories are switched. It's an easy mistake to make when coding and not an easy one to catch without map tools.
