here is another odd fact in regards to this case I have been doing random searches everyday for open 1 on 1 games for the last 8 days and while I cannot say none have occurred with Noobs still in ? mark status, But I have not found any, just seems a bit odd to me that these noobs would quit creating this game type in mass all of sudden and that the bulk of them would be found almost instantly by Mr.Rocket still who has the amazing timing to be in the bulk of the ?mark games still...

You need to refresh constantly to find people withs ? marks. Or play 3-4 player games. I know they are they are around, but most of there game do not stay on the 1 vs 1 list more than 10 seconds so they are hard to spot unless they picked a really odd board or strange set-up.

Which furthers my points the odds are unless you are constantly refreshing you would not know these games were there unless you already knew the game was there....It would be really hard for an honest player to have such a larg # with this group...

the problem is, my thread is legit. He knows he is busted so he fires back by bringing this thread back from the dead and the other one he started which list nothing I done wrong...just him crying about me playing low ranks. In fact, his complaint states I have multi accounts and secret alliances ( in 1 vs 1 games like his game numbers indicated... lol ! ) but cries about the rank of players that I play. There is no rule stating that I must play only players over 3,000 points.

anyone take notice that since I busted him for cheating that he no longer plays with his brother anymore ? Thats because he was busted and now he is trying to stay low and hide. Trust me, I am still working on this.

I know there is no rule that states that you can not play low ranks, I play both high and low ranks, but I will only play high ranks on boards that I know how to play because lets be honest if you play a board that you do not know against a high rank chances are the game is lost from the start because high ranks know the flow of the board and where to look for starting positions and defense. Loosing a game against a low rank hurt and it is not worth it no matter what someone thinks. I mean all it take is them to either know the board, they get lucky or you have bad dice. With all my 1 vs 1 games I am only now getting to about breaking even with my points.

Yes, you can bump your thread, however it is seen as bad form to continually bump it every day or two days. Here you should take a lesson from JR and only bump the thread when it falls to page 2. When the hunters come around to check threads they usually start from the bottom of page 1. This means, the more often you bump the thread, the less likely it is to get seen.

I'm glad that one of the moderators had the good sense to see what everyone else already knows, and to be vocal about it. Posting threads as a form of retaliation is a form of abuse in and of itself. Someone should keep track of what happens to all of these threads so that there is an organized archive regarding the perpetrator.

It really pisses me off as this thread was so obviously retaliatory. An apology is owed to all of the players on this site that continue to have points stolen from REAL cheaters.

However, it is no excuse for deliberately false accusations. The moderators stated that this was retaliatory. You have to accept that as truth. If they had decided JR was guilty; would you have accepted that as truth?

For the record; I have nothing personal against you and "hate" is a very strong word. I want the mods to spend time investigating The Police and Nanofer. It is still pending and having to spend even a minute on your thread was a waste of their time.

If you opened up a legitimate thread about players that are REALLY cheating or abusing the system, I would back you and do my best to help you as I would for any player with a solid accusation.

I posted my finding irregardless of what is said I still believe he is abusing the system and probably in more ways then I can fathom he was cleared this time but we will see how long that lasts he will slip and get caught and I will enjoy saying I told you so when he does.As far as hate I call it how I see it...
