They seemed to be after me from the begining, but they were both immediatly able to grab bonuses, so somehow, they saw it as to thier advantage to take out the weakest player, with out trying to grab my cards (they just went all out against me for a while, as if they didn't care if I was taken out by the other) and just let the other build territory. They never broke eachother's bonuses. not even when the one was holding Africa and Ausy, and they joined very close in time, so they might be friends in real life. I don't know.

Well, they both joined around the same time: Islandtiger on 5/18/08 at 6:30 and Dezzznats on 5/19/08 at 5:30.

They've played 4 games together: 2474058: just the two of them, standard sequential
2474705: Played with a player called stunna; stunna won
2488590: just the two of them again. This one was a little strange as there was no chat.
2479385: the game you played them in.

Here are my thoughts. First I think they, and the player, Stunna, know each other. They are all new, but seem to be very familiar with each other. I also think they live in close proximity to each other, like real close, a barracks, dorm room, jail cell (doh! Just kidding)

. I say this because in one game, these very chatty guys, didn't say a word.

That tells me they were conversing outside the game. It was only the two of them in that on. Also they tend to take their turns very close in time to each other. I think what you got is a couple of military guys or college students messin with ya. :twisted:

There was at least one time where one hit the other pretty hard, even before you were taken out. That doesn't mean its not a secret alliance though. In any event, I think you definitely got a couple of buddies playing you.

I see your point. maybe they aren't even doing this intentionaly, just a certain disinclination toward attacking eachother. I know I've done that before. it's a habit that you learn to work your way around pretty quickly...

I agree. Losing to friends is as hard as losing to enemies after you've played awhile :lol:

But you bringing it up may cause them to look at how their playing at least and adjust accordingly.

or it could just bring IslandTiger to send me a hate message in response to the simple side note/question in a pm apologizing for getting quit verbaly aggressive after a bad streak of dice... "Do you know Dezznats in real life, or just through CC?"

Edit: Note: I never held "3 territories" which is clearly meant to mean bonuses. I was hardly able to hold europe for 2 turns while his frien held Africa and Ausy. bull crap

It was nice of you to apologize but obviously, he's not a very nice person. I would just add him and his friend to your ignore list. He obviously isn't playing with a full deck. And his rant sounds like one of a guilty man.

I personally don't associate with religions, but I don't understand people's quickness to toss it in your face. Like Christians aren't allowed to make mistakes. Sorry you had to endure that, it really wasn't a fair or appropriate way for him to handle it and it was quite immature. There are some really cool folks on here to play with. I would just add people like these two to your ignore list.
