I think once we start playing the map the role of the roads will be clear. The one thing I'd like to see is that you either further lighten the bridges or lose them altogether. They aren't adding anything to the graphics, and only lead to play confusion.

It seems pretty clear to me. It says, "Bus Depots can attack each other via the Freeways."
