Today it was bottom against second bottom, with both teams looking to pick up a win to kick start their season. If Redcar Royals lose today it would leave them bottom of the table with no points and with a long way to catch up, it is an essential game for them today.

Match Report
The game started off as a dire game. There was no skill, no good moves made and no chances created in the opening stages. Both teams seemed more scared of conceading than thinking about making attacks of their own. As a result the first 20 mins went by without incident with Thunder Hawks being the margonally better side.

Eventually RR began too pick up their game with a few nice passes and flicks and it managed to create the first chance on goal in the 27th minute. Joe Cole played a cross in along the ground towards Babel, Babel dumied the shot and let the ball roll on to Tevez. The Argentine stuck it first time and it forced Given to make a superb save.

This seemed to liven the game up a bit with Redcar beginning to look like a decent side for the first time this season. They passed the ball well and created a few openings, one of these came on 38 mins. Tevez skinned Ferdinand rotten before squaring the ball to Joe Cole, Cole looked up and seen Downing in space at the back post and then he chipped it through to him. Downing chested it down and hit it on the volley, Given was a match for it however. Downing really should have headed that he gave Given too much time to react.

The half time score was 0-0 but at least RR had picked up there game and started to make it look more interesting. Although at the start of the second half the game reverted back to what it was like at the start of the first half.

RR had lost thier touch and Thunder Hawks were looking as dull as ever, they havent created 1 chance all game, or that was the case until 65 mins. A mistake by Senderos gave Denilson the ball in a decent position. Denilson played in Pederson who hit is shot first time. The ball seemed to take a wierd jump of the poor surface and as a result his shot was squiffed. However this actually knoked it up, looping in the air and off of the bar Pederson was their again for the rebound this time he hit the ball cleanly but straiaght into the arms of Jaaskalinen, a terrible miss.

After this Thunder Hawks sprung to life ands started to play the ball around well. They finally started to create chances even if they were only pot-shots. The next major chance however, fell to Redcar. They hit TH on the break after some good defending by Neville, he cleared the ball to Tevez who ran at the Hawks defense. Tevez slipped it through to Downing who took on the shot. It flew through the air and Given could only watch it fly past him and rebound off of the bar. Sagna cleared and the chance was gone.

Late on, 88 mins to be exact Thunder Hawks got a chance to win the game. Berbatov and Ballack combined and for the first time in the game left the Redcar defense shattered. Berbatov fed it through to Denilson who had a free shot just 10 yards out. He smashed it goalwards and Jaaskalinen could only manage a small flick on the ball, this was enough it went just wide and the game finished inthe way it deserved to, 0-0.

Redcar Royals 0-0 Thunder Hawks

Game 4 on its way.

Redcar Royals (cena) 0 v 0 Thunder Hawks(amino)
Red Stick Cajuns (lsu) v TWAT(lozz)

Game 4
Red Stick Cajuns (lsu) v TWAT(lozz)

Teams:
LSU
Reina 25
Ashley Cole 20
Clichy 22
Lucas 21
Alonso 26
C. Ronaldo 23
D. Bent 24
Hibbert 27
Kranjcar 23
Zarate 21
Huddlestone 21

lozz
Cech 25
Gallas 30
Richards 19
S. Larsson 22
Anderson 20
Lennon 20
Adebayor 24
A. Ferdinand 23
Jenas 25
Doyle 24
Savage 33
Muntari 23
Icedagger 93

Both of these teams have not really shown what they are worth so far. Both teams have drawn both their games and will be looking to put their first win on the board. Certainly TWAT manager lozz will be thinking that as he remarked that he was glad today that he had an 'easy' game. Will he look like a fool or will he be proven correct?

Match Report.
The game started in an exiting fashion, with TWAT on the front foot from the start. Adebayor was prooving a handfull and the RSC defense was unable to cope with them, this was evident on 9 mins when Adebayor ran through unchallenged into the box and hit his shot well only for it to br denied by the post.

TWAT didnt have it all their own way though as LSU were playing well and caught them on the break on 24 mins. Ronaldo was at the heart of the move driving past defenders like they werent their he has been a good signing for RSC but they will be looking to add more players in other positions in the next transfer window. Ronaldo drove on did another few step overs before injecting more pace. He ran through on goal and unsellfishly played it to Bent to slide into the empty goal. Red Stick Cajuns 1-0 The Wierd Alternative Team.

On 43 mins Ronaldo created another chance, weaving in an out of players and smashing it goalwards. Cech was a match to it but could only palm it away, Bent ran in for the rebound but was puled down from behind by Clichy. It was a clear penalty but for some reason the ref didnt give it which enraged LSU to the point where he went a deep shade of purple.

The second half began in a similar way to the first i.e. TWAT on the attack, they were hunting for an equaliser and on 58 mins they got a great chance to do just that. Lennon linked up well with Anderson and crossed the ball into the box, Adebayor had pulled free from his marker and headed the ball towards the far corner, Reina dived for it and missed Adebayor had scored and he ran off dancing in celebration.
Red Stick Cajuns 1-1 The Wierd Alternative Team.

A few mins later TWAT created yet another opening. Adebayor again was at the centre of it this time he played through Larsson whos shot was deflected out for a corner by Ashley Cole. TWAT piled bodies forward for the corner and when it was swung in Gallas got his head to it, it should have been a fairly comfortable save for the spanish goalie but his vision was obscured by several players in front of him andthe ball found the back of the net.
Red Stick Cajuns 1-2 The Wierd Alternative Team.

Red Stick tried to mount a comeback but now that TWAT were in the lead they showed none of their attacking intentions and got 7 men behind the ball. They defended deep and it made it hard for RSC to create any chances and it was relatively late on before they earned a great chance. Unsurprisingly Ronaldo was at the heart of it again, he played a 1-2 with Alonso to beat Richards and then chose to lay off Bent. The englishmen hasnt had much luck so far this season but now was his chance to shine he hammered the ball towards the bottom corner a great shot, Cech dived low it would be near impossible for him to save it but somehow he managed it, incredible save he has won the game for TWAT.

RSC were unlucky today and without a dodgy refereeing desicion and some great keeping they surely would have gotten something out of this, it wasnt 'easy' but TWAT played well and won the match as predicted by lozzini.

Red Stick Cajuns 1-2 The Wierd Alternative Team.
Bent 24````````````Adebayor 58
``````````````````Gallas 62
Table coming soon...
and I'm appalled that neill was not sent off. And surprised we managed to hold on to a 1-0 win one man down.
Sam if one of your men ever does that again I will make sure he will not play at top league level again
EDIT: could we have a second division cup( bigger but filled with shit teams)?
Or is that too much?
Im not really sure what your suggesting, do you mean this season, and where would the shit teams come from? Explin in more detail and if I like it will consider it.
IF I run a second season I would like to have a second division or a CC La Liga equal to that of the CCPL, but if I did I would stop doing the big match reports it takes long enough to do 4 reports.
He is, and if both happened to be injured at the same team he would get a second even worse youth player on the bench.
