Matches done :D , I will do them after the rangers game, in a couple of hours.

I made the games slightly more random, so they will be more like real footy.

Zarate 21
Huddlestone 21

After a great victory on matchday 1 TRC were looking for another good win but todays challengers were tough ones in the way of Red Stick Cajuns who managed a good 1-1 draw with Norfolk and Chance last week.

Match Report:
The game started at a decent tempo with TRC creating a good opening in the first few mins. Flamini looked on good form and it was him who cut inside and delivered the curling shot towards the far post, but it squeezed narrowly wide.

Desppite this early chance it was Red Stick who had most of the play in the opening stages, they just couldnt make that final pass in the last third of the pitch. It took a slip up from Carragher to give them there first chance on 17 mins. He misplaced his pass and Ronaldo pounced on the loose ball, he ran through on Friedel and hit a beautifully struck shot, and it found its mark, right in the top corner. Red Stick Cajuns 1-0 Transvestite Rodeo Clowns.

The home fans cheered on their team who gained in confidence from the early goal. They started to create chances left, right and centre and on 24 mins they got a glorious chance to double their lead. Alonso slipped Ronaldo down the wing who played a brilliant ball into the back post, Freidel came to collect itbut the ball soared over his head to Bent who had an open goal at the back post, the ball bounced of his head in completely the wrong direction and he was lucky the ball bounced off Terry for a corner. What a miss!

From the resulting corner Bent won the header again, and messed it up again it fell to RSC defender Clichy who hammered in the shot, Bent may have failed to score but his fellow teammate didnt. Red Stick Cajuns 2-0 Transvestite Rodeo Clowns.

As half time approached TR Clowns started to come back into the match a bit but never really threatened the goal without striker Shevchenko they seemed a little flat up front.

The second half was more evenly balanced in the beggining although few chances were being created. The first real opportunity of the half fell to McFadden who had a chance to prove his worth. Hargreaves played a one-two with Barnes and then fed the ball through to McFadden on the edge of the box, he took one touch turned and shot, it wasnt the best shot but it bounced akwardly before Reina and the Spanish keeper failed to keep it out.
Red Stick Cajuns 2-1 Transvestite Rodeo Clowns.

Red Stick Cajuns done well after concedding this goal not to lose the plot they kept the ball well and turned TR Clowns previous confidence into frustration. On 69 mins they fashioned another chance of their own with Lucas playing the ball through to Bent. Bent hasnt had the best game but he struck this shot well with a lot of power he had the keeper beat but it came back off of the woodwork.

For the next 20 mins RSC controlled the play but never managed to fashion great opportunties until right at the death. They won a corner which was swung in by Ronaldo only Bent was up but the ball found him. He got a decent header away but Friedel was a match for it. He caught the ball and punted it up field, Ashley Cole's strong point isnt heading and he failed to meet what should have been an easy clearance. Instead the ball fell to McFadden in space with one last chance to attack.

He bombed forward with Cole hot on his heels, Cole luncged in for the challenge but McFadden side stepped it, he saw Barnes open but chose instead to have a shot of his own. He smashed it towards goal, it looked like it was heading in until it did go in.
Red Stick Cajuns 2-2 Transvestite Rodeo Clowns. Amazing match TRC win a point at the death!

Red Stick Cajuns 2-2 Transvestite Rodeo Clowns
Ronaldo 17------------McFadden 59, 90+2
Clichy 21
Match two coming...

Just a side note- I cant structure a sentence at all sorry to all those that it offends and also if your wondering why I always use mins instead of the full word its because I cant spell it lol.

CCPL Matchday 2

Games:
Red Stick Cajuns (lsu) 2v2 TRC (jr)
Down Under United(iliad) v Redcar Royals (cena)
TWAT(lozz) v Thunder Hawks(amino)
Norfolk and Chance(ice) v Emo United(sam)

Game 2
Down Under United(iliad) v Redcar Royals (cena)

Teams:
Down Under United (illy)
1. Hart 20, Very Good
2. Vidic 26, Excellent
3. Agger 23, Excellent
4. A. Young 22, Very Good
5. Lampard, 29, World Class
6. Giggs, 34, World Class
7. Drogba, 30, World Class
8. Yobo 27, Very Good
9. Malbranque, 28, Very Good
10. K. Miller, 28, Very Good

Redcar Royals(cena)
1. Jääskeläinen, 32, Very Good
2. Senderos 23, Very Good
3. G. Neville 33, Very Good
4. Babel 21, Excellent
5. Joe Cole, 26, Excellent
6. Downing, 23, Excellent
7. Tevez, 24, Excellent
8. Carr 31, Very Good
9. Arteta 26, Very Good
10. Davies, 31, Very Good

Well everyone was expecting a resounding win today for Down Under United, they are tipped to win the league and it looks unlikely that anything that Redcar Royals are able to muster will be able to turn get them a result, to we have a shock on our hands? Or will iliads side extend their lead at the top of the table?

Also manager iliad would have to watch this game from the stands after having to serve a touchline ban because he jokingly called a leading member of FIFA a "Stupid whore bitch".

Match Report:
As expected it was DDU who came out the better side, the managed to mount an attack after just 45 seconds, Redcar took kick off and immedeately gave the ball away to Young who played it to Lampard. Lampard held the ball up waiting for Drogba to make the run, when he did he hit the long ball through, Drogba took it on the chest and fired it goalwards only for it to be tipped over by Jaaskalinen.

On 12 mins DDU got another chance when Drogba was hacked down by Neville on the edge of the box. Young took it, there was lots of swerve on it and although it was straight at the keeper, Jaaskalinen saw it late and only managed to palm it back to the feet of Vidic who snapped at his shot, as a result it went wide. If only that had fell to a better attacker.

DDU piled on the pressure, but Redcar Royals defended well and managedto limit their chances a bit. Finally on 34 mins RR mounted their own attack. It came after Senderos tackled Young and launched the ball upfield, Redcar puched on hoing to catch DDU on the break, Tevez flicked it on and Babel ran on through, he skipped past both defenders and found himself one on one with Hart. The young keeper dived at his feet and Babel chipped it over him but he over hit it and it hit the top of the net. Redcar may rue that missed opportunity.

At half time RR were much the happier side despite not having much possesion they had the score they wanted. Shortly after half time Drogba had a chance to change that. Great play from Lampard opened up a gap in the RR defence which Drogba ran into, Lamaprd fed him the ball and he struck it sweetly from outside the box it found the bottom corner and DDU had the lead. Down Under United 1-0 Redcar Royals.

After this DDU relaxed and started to play some lovely football. On 60 mins Giggs once again split the Redcar Defense wide open and burst into the box. Senderos seen the danger and made the tackle however he failed to get the ball and took Giggs instead, penalty given. Drogba stepped up to take it and hit it straight down the middle, Jaaskalinen dived to the bottom corner and could do nothing to stop the ball hitting the back of the net.
Down Under United 2-0 Redcar Royals.

DDU were cruising they kept the ball with ease and could have easily extended their lead further, even when Redcar did get possesion they were poor espicially Joe Cole who had done nothing all game except a good few failed tricks. iliad may be disapointed they didnt score more goals but he wont complain with another 3 points nad a clean sheet. Redcar started well but in the end the superiority of DDU showed through.

Down Under United 2-----0 Redcar Royals.
Drogba 47, 60 (pen)

Icedagger 93

With Thunder Haawks currently sitting bottom of the table they will be very disapointed, however that could all change today when they play TWAT. Lozzini manager of TWAT seemed confident before kickoff predicting a 3-0 win for his side.

Match Report:
It seemed that this was not a bluff and was what he was aiming to achive as today TWAT went all out attack for the win. Amino's side were forced onto the back foot early on but were opening big gaps in the TWAT defense whenever they got he ball.

The first clear cut chance fell to TWAT when, on 23 mins, Anderson played through Larsson who found himself unmarked in the box. Larsson took on the shot but it was well saved by Given, Adebayor followed the rebound but couldnt manage to keep his shot down and on target.

A few mins later Thunder found themselves on the break after a failed TWAT corner. Only Larsson had stayed back and he failed to disposses Berbatov. The 27 year old striker went through on Cech but the goalie stood strong and Berbatov failed to beat the advancing keeper, the ball fell back at his feet for a second chance this time he chose to pass to Ballack for an open goal. Or at least it would have been if Ballack was onside.

As the half drew to a close TH started to gain a decent amount of possesion with TWAT defending very high up the pitch. In fact defender Richards found himself tackling up neear the Thunder Hawks box, lucky for him he successfully made the tackle and crossed the ball in for Adebayor to volley the ball into the goal. The Wierd Alternative Team 1-0 Thunder Hawks.

The second half started in a similar fashion to the first as TWAT came out all guns blazing. They managed to create several chances to double their lead including an Adebayor shot from 15 yards, a header from A. Ferdinand and a bending shot from Aaron Lennon. However each time they failed to score and while they began to tire Thunder Hawks began to take over the game once more.

On 74 mins Thunder Hawks earned themselves a well deserved chance, with Pederson bursting through the middle he managed to shrug off a challenge from Richards and get his shot away. Cech parried it and Berbatov ran in on the rebound, he hit it low past Cech and got Thunder the equaliser they were looking for.
The Wierd Alternative Team 1-1 Thunder Hawks.

Late on Thunder Hawks go a chance to win it. Some great link up play between Denilson and Berbatov beat the almost non-exsistant TWAT defense and set up a chance for Pederson. The ex-Bolton midfielder hammered the ball home, unforntunately his home isnt in the stadium and thats where the ball went awful shot!

And with that the game ended a fairly even contest but TH will be disapointed they didnt create a few more chances against such attacking play from TWAT.

The Wierd Alternative Team 1-1 Thunder Hawks.
Adebayor 44-------------------------Berbatov 74

Emo United have been accused of having a poor defense from the other managers in the CCPL, today they face a tough task in the way of Norfolk and Chance. Both teams will come here looking for 3 points today but who will walk away the winner?

Match Report
Norfolk and Chance started the game well in front of their home fans, the passed the ball well as Emo United invited on the pressure. However it was the visitors who got the first chance playing their typical counter attacking game. Ronney's miss placed pass led to Elano bursting up field he squared the ball to Rosicky who played through Torres. The spanish stricker hit the shot well but Almunia was a match for it tipping it round the post for a corner.

Elano took the corner but scuffed it straight to Nani's feet and it was Norfolks chance to break. Just as Emo United had just done they flooded men forward and managed to get their sticker, Ronney through on goal. Ronney struck the shot sweetly but it couldnt beat veteran keeper David James who grabbed the ball out of their and hld on to it.

Norfolk and Chance looked marginally the better side, getting decent possesion and creating a few half chances, one of these was a snap shot from Rooney at the edge of the box. He caught James off guard but the ball bounced back off of the post. Gerrard ran in on the rebound and finished it with style, icdagger celebrates as his team take the lead on 38 mins.
Norfolk and Chance 1-0 Emo United

In the second half Emo United came out stronger putting some pressure on Norfolk. They managed to create their best chance of the match on 54 mins. Fabregas, Rosicky and Torres played a series of wonderful passes the three combinening superbly and leaving the Norfolk defense looking like amatuers, in the end the chance fell to Fabregas just 10 yards out. He drilled his shot low towards the corner, it had beaten the keeper but it went wide of the right hand post.

This acted like a wake up call for Norfolk and Chance who realised they hadn't won the game yet. They sprung into life and started to put the pressure on back on Emo, a good run from Nani managed to win a corner for Norfolk. Mascherano swung it in but Stubbs managed to head it clear, it fell to Torres who accelerated up the pitch. He had Rosicky to his left and Fabregas to his right but he chose to drive on through the middle and take on the shot himself, he made the right choice as the ball curled round Almunia and into the back of the net. Norfolk and Chance 1-1 Emo United.

It was a major blow for Norfolk who had just been growing in confidence and now the needed to go looking for another goal. However Emo United made it very difficult for them defending in numbers and then bursting away on the counter sam levi has clear intentions of how he wishes his team to play and they are showing on the pitch.

On 75 mins Emo United had a chance to take the lead when Elano nutmegged Mascherano and sprinted in to the box, Todd ran across and dived in for the chalenge clearly getting the ball. However the ref seen something no-one else has or ever will and gave the penalty. It was Torres against Almunia, Torres looked confident he ran up and smashed his penalty aiming for the top corner but he got no where near, terrible penalty!

This dampened Emo's confidence and their defending began to get sloppy, on 84 mins Rooney found himself free from the defnese after Gerrard played it through. He ran on in on the goalie who stayed big, Rooney chose not to shoot and tried to play through Nani, terrible choice but the ball reached him none the less. Nani hit it first time but Todd blocked it, he hit it agan this time his shot got past Todd but not past James.

For the remaining 6 mins Emo United held on for a well deserved point.

Norfolk and Chance 1-1 Emo United
Gerrard 38...............Torres 58
