my favorites are Saturday Night Live, which is a live sketch comedy where the actors make fun of US politics, world politics and life, and How I met your mother, which is set in the future, but every episode is a story to this main character's kids, so it always flashes back to present day. it's about these 5 friends and their crazy stories on the main character's way to finding a perfect wife.

I remember that one!! I also liked Faulty Towers, Are You Being Served, Mr. Bean, AbFab, and of course, the Benny Hill specials...

I just realised all of the shows I liked were British...

Weird...

I'm still disappointed that Friends and Frasier are both finished. They could both be sentimental and mawkish at times, but damn it, they were funny. Seeing as no other country can make anything that long-running and funny, when is America planning to come up with something else now that the Simpsons isn't funny anymore? And Joey doesn't count, it's shite.

Frasier is probably the only non-animated American comedy I like, and that's only because he reminds me of me so much. Apart from that, yuck. Yuck, yuck, yuck. red Dwarf, Blackadder, Fawlty Towers, Mr Bean, Only Fools and Horses, Monty Python, Allo Allo, Are You Being Served?, Dad's Army, Father Ted, Last of the Summer Wine, The Good Life, Keeping Up Appearances, The League of Gentlemen, One Foot in the Grave, Porridge, The Two Ronnies, Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em, Steptoe and Son, The Thin Blue Line, Yes Minister... ALL BRITISH!

Oh yeah and I like House a lot, if that counts.

House is a comedy because he's a frickin idiot. One Foot in the Grave is funny!

Oh my fucking God, you're being a wee bit indiscriminate there, if you ask me, mr rotten. Surely - Mr Bean, Allo Allo, Are You Being Served?, Dad's Army, Last of the fricking Wine, Keeping Up Appearances, Thin Blue Line - you'd want to keep those a frigging secret, instead of telling everyone that they're BRITISH?

The only reason I didn't include The Good Life in there is because that is worth watching for Felicity Kendal alone...
