I have a good friend whose father and brother were born in the commonwealth of new zealand and he was born in the commonwealth of pennsylvania. and they moved to new zealand, and then here to wisconsin where they were before. confusingish

Does Canadian count as Commonwelth? If you count Canuks can I get in?

Can I just say that I am no longer setting up this clan. It was ages ago and my apllication note to Twill was turned down.

P.S. perhaps a Mod could lock it or something
