A programmer's clan. Not necessarily for the experienced, but also for beginners/dummies, etc. I already made a thread about it, but it got zero interest, and the only reply was that there was already one (a small, closed clan which from what I could see consisted of serious programmers almost entirely).

Call it Programmer's Community. Clan is not a good word for the spirit of what I am looking for.
