As for the secret alliances and multis...thats been common knowledge for as long as Prowler has been around. He has not exactly made a secret of it.
He knows the rules and the procedures that the mods use. So he will PM people bragging about multis, but he never says the names so that he can't get busted.
Of course he will say that he he is just bull shitting everyone and the mods won't be able to do a thing.
He is just flaunting his abuse because it gets him off almost as much as his dogs.

Regardless, I try to do well in CC. And cheating in any way would tarnish my "measuring stick" which is my rank/points. So I refuse to cheat. Although I am sure it would be easy.
The only thing I can think of that might look like a cheat was when I played a guy named Huskie or Husky...he is someone I know that WU got involved and we started a few games (I admit, I thought they'd be easy points - but I didn't think he'd deadbeat) and he deadbeated. I talked with him on the phone after the first batch and he said lets do some more and he'll take his turns and he never did... But I had no control over that situation...trust me, if he was a multi I would have played the turns and spaced the games out and just lost "legit"...
Other than that, I don't know what would even look suspicious...
