Perhaps just send another e-ticket in case there was an administrative oversight? :) If you're cleared you probably should have been reinstated by now, so a gentle reminder in an e-ticket might do the trick.

When is Conquer Club going to reinstate Iron Butterfly's premium membership?

I'm sure more than enough time has lapsed but still no action and Iron Butterfly's patience must be severely tested by now.

I think this is not a recommended way to do a thriving and successful e-business.
