In this particular game, they (both) missed a turn and start their turns in a few seconds after eachother.

They play(ed) in more games together, in 1 of those games SexGod69 holds North America and doesn't make any further attempt to attack, JUMP009 comes out as the winner, in game nr. 1757487 exactly the same happens.

It seems to me that they- because they know eachother - probably willingly or unwillingly were secret allies. as they play eachother often, they should at least be blocked to do so again.
