this concerns battle 1 for which EdwinG is waiting to end
"2008-02-07 01:01:40 - EdwinG: Mrs. Semper, I'm not sure I understand the logic of your last turn. You could have put all 7 armies on Maryland and then attacke Wiggin's ships (9 vs. 5). Then using your armies on Missouri you could have eliminated Wiggin to get his 3 cards."

In the end, Dixie, minus a partner, somehow managed to pull off the victory in a game that was well-played on all parts!
Stars and Bars Forever will now play Rebel Yell! to see who represents the South in the Championship Game!
I'm pulling for Rebel Yell!, but only because that's me and my partner, Suzy1!
Get ready for some Civil War Shock and Awe!

Dixie performed a classic surgical wedge. After taking me out, she just created a chasm so that blue and yellow would not connect and therefore couldn't share armies... and the 10 sets helped. Either way, a fantastic piece of work by my partner.
