Finally, NO ONE can picks Vowels except Y, however, if you get the 2 letters right in a row, than you can choose a vowel. 1 vowel for 2 letters in a row correct.

WOF rules

players that post 1st can play and have up to 1 hour to guess another letter, hopefully quicker, if no post again, they lose a turn.

So it is one puzzle and anyone can play anyone, I guess the players that are on when I update it, play against each other.
