You can, with the stipulation that the account babysitter is not your opponent in any current game and does not start or join new games (except for ongoing tournaments). It is common courtesy to announce in game chat that another player will take your turn(s) during your absence.

this is the rule i donn't think it was breached in this instance
Don't now why people on here don't like being cooks, remember under siege: A former SEAL, now cook, is the only person who can stop a gang of terrorists when they sieze control of a US Navy battleship.

You forgot the bold the common courtesy portion. Meaning that it's not a rule; it's just nice to do.

SkyT clearly admitts he was gone for the weekend in this thread.

http://conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=39876

So how could he start and make the moves in the first round of the game documented in this thread if he wasnt around? Who really set up the games and played the moves for SkyT. Big Whiskey and nikola_milicki clearly admitt they made the moves for him and they never stated in game chat that they were making the moves because they knew they were breaking the rules.

question, which game did SkyT, Big Whiskey and nikola_milicki start after Saturday morning? find evidence before posting. the 5 games we joined recently were all started on Thursday the 10th, by the time of Saturday morning, it is already round 3 or 4 or 5, why couldn't Big Whiskey and nikola_milicki babysit my account?

As long as there is going to be the setting freestyle there is always going to be this kind of abuse. Espically by players that are obessed wih points an having.

JR you knowningly enter these kinds of games, so its as much your fault as anything

Maybe CC should bring out a rule that doesnt allow babysiters to sit in games they are involved in. Furthermore if your going away you must inform CC through a ticket who the babysitter is going to be until you get back. Failure to do so will result in a points reset!

As u say I am sure the mods will sort this, thank you so much for bringing more pointless work to their attention I am sure they really appreciate it.

this makes sense to me i'm familiar with at least one other site that enforces this rule - a simpler way to do this would be a sitters thread where people post whom their sitters will be from/to

You don't send usual highway cops to catch murderers
And fines should be higher

The babysitter did not start any new games. The game you indicated was started and initially played by skyt. Then he had mis teammates play a few missed turns.

Also, as others noted, it is common courtesy to announce in game chat when someone will be babysitting for you. So perhaps this is an example of skyt not being courteous, but from what you have shown there is no cheating going on.
