I actually don't have tournament privelages yet, since the entire tournament hasn't filled up. Sorry. And I'm not sure it's kosher for a tournament member to start a game, I'd rather create all the games within the tournament.

Even if we were to start War right now, you'd still have to wait for the other games to finish so we could have the Round 2 matches, so there's really no rush on starting it. Only 6 more people to go, it'll fill up quickly.
