Players in each game: varies
cards-flat rate
fortifications-unlimited
turns-sequential
fog of war-none
format: 4 teams play at once and winning team advances,2nd round has 2 teams in a game, then 3rd round,fourth round,semi final and final are 1 vs. 1

You are missing quite many things in your introduction so add cards, forts and think what else there is missing
