all games will be Classic Quads Flat Rate Unlimited No Fog And Sequential.

If you want to represant another country that's not on the list you must have 4 players to sign up.
You don't have to live in the country you represant.

CONQUER CLUB WORLD CUP OF RISK
Points/Scoring
There is 5 ways to score points.
1.Elimanate 1 oppoment-1 point
2.Hold 1 continent-1 point
3.If you deadbeat you lose 1 point.
4.13 subtracted by the number of rounds it took to win
Example: Canada beats England in 11 rounds. 13-11=2.
2 points for Canada.
5.Win the game-2 points.

Format
There will be 32 teams who represent their country. (doesnt matter which one. must be a real country on the World globe. )
The 32 teams will be randomly divided into 8 groups of 4 teams.
You will play every team in your group twice. Winner is decided on points from the 2 game series.
Top 2 teams in each group advance.
The 16 teams will be randomly divided into 4 groups of 4 teams.
You will play every team in your group twice. Winner is decided on points from the 2 game series.
The first place teams go in Group Conquer.
The second place teams in Group Club.
You will play every team in your group twice. Again, Winner is decided on points from the 2 game series.
The top 3teams in group Conquer advance.
The top place team in group Club advances.
They will playoff a two game series.(Again)

1st Place Group Conquer plays against 1st place Group Club.
2nd place Group Conquer plays against 3rd place Group Conquer.
The Winning team play against each other.
