Hey i think you have the idea wrong you post the thread and people sign up, you dont announce that you are having one and so and so people are in it. I know you are trying to have a tournament with your students only, but as it is currently it isnt allowed by the rules. A tournament must have atleast 1/2 of the slots open to the public, where as in yours they all were reserved and you left no room for the public. You have 2 choices, run it as a non-official tournament or make it a 48 person tournament thus having 1/2 of the room in the tournament open to the public.

Tournament cancelled....did not start within alloted time and was not legal.

All sorts of issues with this one...
