This is a celebrity version of my "The Mole" tournament: (viewtopic.php?f=90&t=54038). To participate in this tournament you will pick a celebrity that you want to play as. This celebrity can be living or dead, but they have to be famous enough to have a page on wikipedia.com, . This will be two groups of 8 players each. Rounds will be almost the same as the other tournament except that in this one there will be mostly 1v1 games with the occasional team game of doubles.
Round 1: Each win nets $1500 for the group pot
16 players will play in one of the following games:
8 1v1 games
Elimination Quiz
Round 2: Each win nets $3000 for the group pot; Doubles game win gets double the prize
14 players will play in one of the following games:
1 Doubles game & 5 1v1 games
Elimination Quiz
Round 3: Each win nets $4500 for the group pot
12 players will play in one of the following games:
6 1v1 games
Elimination Quiz
Round 4: Each win nets $6000 for the group pot; Doubles game win gets double the prize
10 players will play in one of the following games:
1 Doubles game & 3 1v1 games
Elimination Quiz
Round 5: Each win nets $8000 for the group pot
8 players will play in one of the following games:
4 1v1 games
Elimination Quiz
Final Round:
Who is the Mole in your group? The one to guess correctly wins the (fake) pot of money the group collected and the tournament for that season of “The Celebrity Mole”. If the Mole is not identified, the Mole wins the pot and the tournament. Feel free to ask questions and offer *helpful* suggestions.
Opportunities for Exemptions:
For every round, except the final, there will be an exemption awarded to the winner(s) of the game that ends first. The exemption gives the player(s) an automatic move forward to the next round. So, one way for the Mole to sabotage would be to take the exemption, when they in fact have no need of it.

Now to whoever gets picked to be the groups' Moles:
If you're Mole, you're the Mole. No argument is possible. By signing up, you understand that you may be the one picked. And you cannot tell ANYONE that you are the Mole. If you're okay with this, sign up! But you will be able to have fun manipulating those around you...but then again everyone can have that fun as well! This game lets everyone mess with everyone else's heads during their participation. So remember Moles: Be subtle, and be crafty.
