The States Tourney [Canceled]

The States Tourney
This is a tournament designed to see which state has the best CC players. The states will be represented be one doubles team, chosen by a bracket style mini tourney to find the states two best players. Then the states will compete in 5 regionals, against 10 other states near them, the 5 winners moving on to see which state will reign supreme. All games will be on the USA map. Please post which state you will be competing for.
The settings for the whole tourney will be USA Map,Sequential,Flat Rate,Unlimited, and Sunny (no Fog of War)
I am not expecting for there to be 8 players in each state...if one state gets 8 players it will be officially closed and contestants hoping to represent that state will have to chose a new state to play for...the tournament will be considered full when all states have the minimum number of contestants.
Round 1
This round will consist of players competing against other players of there chosen state. The last two standing will be named champions and will joined together as a doubles team. The maximum number of participants for one state will be 8 so join soon.
In the event that one state does not get the necessary 2 competitors I will ask someone from CC to compete for that state.
Round 2
After the states representatives have been chosen, they will compete in regionals. These regionals are
West

Round 3
The winners from there respective regions will then compete in a round robin tourney. Whoever has the lowest wins will be kicked out (In case of a tie,the teams that are tied will play one match to decide who moves on.) leaving 4 teams to compete in one 4 team doubles game. Winner takes the title of the best CC state.
