I can't say for others on the list, but for myself and tournament play would rather not be broken up...but if you are just looking for folks to fill a team, one or two on the above list may, if asked.

I know it's none of my business, but with regards to this part, I think you shouldn't change it, especially because of the Quads, where there'll be 8 players. Just imagine if there were 8 trade-ins in a few rounds... haha. 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25 all together would be kinda messy, and one-sided if one team cashes in first due to time zone differences.
