Well, for right now, I have you listed as a reserve because you don't have a high enough attendance %. But to answer your question, when you join a tournament, after it's ready to go, the tournament organizer will send you a message that invites you to the games you need to join. There's a couple different ways that can happen, but they're all pretty easy and self-explanatory.
