Great idea! Those large maps could take months without escalating sets.

I like the change to FR/Escalating depending on the map.
I have a question though. How many maps do we play in the 2nd round and how do you work out who plays which map?

I echo the comments earlier though - cracking tournament so far and I'm glad I squeaked through to the 2nd stage

Everyone will play on each map once, with randomly selected (or pseudo-randomly for your nerds out there) opponents each round, basically generated by excel's Rand() function.

That means there will be 11 round in this tourney, but hopefully I will be able to run 2 (or 3) simultaneously. I've already had one fremium commit all their slots, which is great, but I'll probably only use 2 at a time, maybe a third, we'll see how we're going.

I'm just taking a week off folks, to get the rest of my tourneys in order (got a few dropouts I need to overcome etc) and also just to take a short break, but know that the Historical Battles will recommence in a week or so.
