how many total teams is your tournament? Also will it be bracketed or pairings done by random.org?

it helps if you set it out like this:
  • Give your tourney a title, the catchier the better.
  • Give a description of your tourney including:
    • How the tourney will run: Will people be put into brackets? If so how many players will there be in each bracket? How many games will they play? How many players are in the bracket and how many people will go through to the next round? ECT.
    • Pointing System: Will it be done on how many wins or a point system? If so how are points going to be awarded, and how many to each place?
    • Maps and Settings: What maps will be played on and what are there settings? If there are multiple games on one map how many?
  • Give your post a color code, dont use too many colours and use it to emphasisewords, and include bold, italics and underlining. Changing size of wods also helps, but dont make it too large.
  • Make a list of Players, if not all spaces are used, put a number, ie:
    Players
    1.bobEnxo
    2.
  • Also, make a list of reserves aswell, they are some of the most important people, as often people often drop out and these can replace them
  • Give a list of Games WITHOUT there passwords, use the
    Code: Select all
    [Game][/Game]
brackets to make it easy to find the games.
  • Update this thread often to prevent it going Abandoned.
  • Private message the games out, with a suitable Title, some breif notes to the players and the game and password. I advise using this code to send games, as it makes it easier for people to join games;
    Code: Select all
    [to]GameNumber  Password[/to]
    E.G
    Code: Select all
    [to]12345  Round 1[/to]
  • State clearly who is the winner (once finished) in the subject next to the title.

Cant think of much more, but if you have any quierys check here ( or PM me)
