USA 2.1 Best of Five Poly 3 (updated Nov. 20)

I wanted to tackle a big map for the Best of 5 series, so this one will use the USA 2.1 map using the poly 3 setting.

Each round is a best of 5 series.
Map settings are escalating, chained, foggy with a 30-round limit.
