Dog Eat Dog II - Supermax Prison Riot ***WINNER=2007SpaceOdy

In the Clink its a dog eat dog world.

The aim is to remain alive to win and become Top Dog. Simple.

Each round will consist of 3 x 2 player games for each player.

Map: Supermax
Number of players: 2
Initial Troops: Auto
Play Order: Sequential
Spoils: Flat Rate
Reinforcements: Adj
Foggy
Poly (4)

To survive, you only need to win 1 game. If you lose 3, you don't survive the riot and are out of the tournament regardless of how many points you amass.

If you win 3 games, you get 3 points. If you win 2 games you get 1 point. Points are important for the purposes of a bye.

The player with most points automatically gets a bye in the next round. See rules below.

After the top ranked player has got a bye, If there are an odd number of players left in any round the player with the most points get's a bye to the next round. If players are on equal points, then the next deciding factor is which player got most points in the last round, then the previous round before that and so on. If its still a tie then it's who has completed all 3 games in the previous round 1st. If the tournament starts with an odd number of players then the bye is totally random. I will be playing so will discount myself from the draw if a bye is required in round 1.

Play continues until only 8 players remain. Then it is a Quarter, semi-final and final. The points system is discarded at this point.

Quarter Final: Best of 5 games, same settings.

Semi Final: Best of 5 games same settings.

Final: Best of 7 games same settings.

If we move from 9 players to 7 or less, the top scoring player get's a bye as always.

My Tournaments all run at the speed of 99% of the entrants, not the 1%. It is every players responsibility to keep pace with the playing speed of the rest of the Tournament.

We have moved from 32 players down to just the 2 remaining standing........Here was the Semi's:

- Tournament creator Craig25 pumped in the Semi's versus his bogey player...........2007SpaceOdyssey............ Nuff Said )-:

- The Shoopster' gets DP'd in the Semi. Shoop76 1 v 4 DP757 (Predicted Score). We will have a new winner in the Survivor Series, it's between DP and 2007!

The Final Preview:

Risk Super Stardom awaits either DP757 or 2007SpaceOdyssey. Over the course of 190 games and 10 Rounds of Survivor Series Risk we have went from 32 players down to just 2 remaining standing........ Lets see who the bookmakers favourite is to lift this coveted Tournament Win............

Tournament Points - Nothing to split them here, both are on 11 points.
Head to Head - AMAZINGLY, this pair have NEVER played each other in a 2 player game........WOW, they haven't even played each other in a Multi Player game!
SEED - DP has a very slight advantage, at the start of the Tournament he was Seeded 5th versus 2007's 14th but that means nothing now.

Conclusion, this is tighters than a badgers arse, too close to call. Both go into the final as 10/11 jnt favs!

This FINAL looked so close. The STATS said you couldn't fit a playing card between these 2 Monsters of the game. DP757 faced off versus 2007SpaceOdyssey in the Final.

And before you could say, 'Pumped and Scudded' it was all over.

One of them shot straigh into a 4-0 LEAD. And as it is best of 7 that sealed the deal. It is probaly going to finish 6-1, so not close at all.

So Troops, we have a winner........................... It took 200 games, and he had to out-last another 32 CONS!

Unlucky to DP757 who out lasted 31 other convicts in the clinck, but couldn't get over the final hurdle.

So, lets look back at 'The SpazeMans' Tournament.....................................................

Round 1 - gingerwiseguy Survived v 2007spaceodyssey, 848 points higher ranked, going down 2-1

Round 2 - rickxjamesx off the mark, beats 2007spaceoddyssey 2-1. Decent result, SpaceO was a huge 904 points higher ranked. Both survive.

Round 3 - Nephilim pumped our Tournament winner 2-1 in this round. How did 'The Spaceman' win this???????????????????

Round 4 - Nephilim pumped him 2-1 again in a re-run of Round 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Round 5 - Our winner starts to hit form, Nephilim gutted that he didn't take care of 2007SpaceOdyssey when he had the chance............- We had to wait a while, but, it was our Tail Ender game that produced the only KO of the Round. The 14th Seed 2007SpaceOdyssey KO's the 12th Seed Nephilim to move UP TO 4 Points, Neph KO'd on 6!

Round 6 - Definitely 'The Spaceman' comes good at the right time. This Round, a 2-1 victory over the MIGHTY and ALL ROUND GOOD GUY, Craig25................

Quarter Final - In the films Rocky always wins, in the Survivor Series, he flukes his way into a Quarter-Final then gets PUMPED by 2007SpaceOdysssey and is never heard from again. That is unless, he joins the Super League which is coincidentally recruiting for Season 1........RockiesMan 1 v 4 2007SpaceOdyssey.
