I forecast it running for 12-15 months, should start end of March with opening ceremony.

All changes and update completed up to here, here is the condense so far:

6 spots for large team remain

There is 13 players registered as single and willing to join a team or maybe you guys can form one team?

Registrants update:

The Fallen has 14 players, need to confirm who is the leader.
VDLL still need to provide a roster including leader name (Koganosi).
FISO has 15 players, checklist complete, boarding pass issued.
CoPACKabana has 11 players so far, checklist complete, boarding pass issued.
Duchy of Grand Fenwick has 16 players, checklist complete, boarding pass issued.
Utopia has 18 players, checklist complete, boarding pass issued.
Hydra has 13 players, need to confirm who is the leader.
AFOS has 13 players, checklist complete, boarding pass issued.
LHDD has 15 players, checklist complete, boarding pass issued.
Retribution has 9 players so far, still building.

Every single one of these sport events will kick off roughly at the same time? If you spread out your 10 people evenly... roughly how many games are we talking about starting at roughly the same time? What's the 'peak' expected game load? Thanks. Nice job putting this together Mad, sounds like it'll be great!

Not at all, bottom of 1st post has a link named "Spreadsheet", into this sheet check the tab that said "Calendar", you will see the green block are the sport will kick off at this date...its even out throughout the 12 months, the spoiler below was an answer to a player having the same type of question, it demonstrate the loading for the 1st set that will launch April 4th.

I started to brainstorm the competition that possibly have less than 16 teams, that would see some change in some sports format.....mainly the bracket style events.
