Alternate Realities: Age Of Realms 1: Might
Anyone with two slots available at all times can sign up!

Ever lost a game, just because of a dice roll?
Or perhaps, because you faced a tough opponent too early into the draw?
What if there were an alternate reality, where those twists of fate... didn't happen?

Well, now's the time for you to find out!

Gameplay

The tournament is basically two randomised 16-player brackets, with the winners of each bracket facing off for the final victory.
To be clear - all players will be placed in the 2 separate brackets ("alternate realities"), and both brackets will have different randomisations (using random.org).
If the same player manages to win both brackets, the final game is not necessary, and the player automatically wins the tournament.

The game settings for all games will be as follows:

Map: Age Of Realms 1: Might
Type: Standard
Troops: Automatic
Order: Sequential
Spoils: Escalating
Fortifications: Chained
FoW: Sunny
Trench: No
Round Limit: 20 Rounds

Notes

show: 1. I reserve the right to change aspects of the game if anything needs changing, to ensure fairness to all players or for the benefit of the tournament.
2. If you wish to withdraw from the tournament at any time, please inform me via personal message or post on this thread.
3. If you do not join the game within 48 hours, you will be replaced.
4. If you are know you are not going to be around for a duration of time, please inform me. If the period of time is short enough, I will delay all of your games.
5. Reserves will only be used for Round 1. In Rounds 2 onwards, the player that was defeated by the player who dropped out will be used as the replacement.
6. For any questions, problems etc. you may voice it out in this thread or you can PM me.

Update

The tournament is almost entirely complete at this point, apart from a Round 1 game in Reality B that is still moving at glacial pace. The matchup has somehow turned into a stacking game, with neither player having made a single attack the entire game thus far. The other active players - Silly Knig-it, shoop76, and b00060 currently wait in limbo as their matchups for Round 2, 3, and 4 wait to be determined in Reality B.

On the other hand, Reality A is complete, with BrassD having earned a spot in the finals. He joins the wait for the winner of the remaining matchups to be determined.
